A Family Owned and Operated Machine Shop
Maine Parts and Machine was bought by former President Bill Kelton in 1985. Bill was joined by his wife Deborah Kelton who served as Treasurer, and son Josh Kelton, who served as Vice President of Technology. In the year 2023, Bill and Deborah retired, and the shop is now run by Josh who serves as the Owner and President. The Kelton family takes pride in continuing to grow the company as well as employing over twenty five employees.
The Facility at Maine Parts and Machine
Located conveniently in Portland, Maine, our 18,500 square foot facility is equipped with a comprehensive fleet of over thirty CNC machines, positioning us at the forefront of modern manufacturing. The entire space is meticulously designed to maximize operational efficiency and throughput. A critical component of our quality assurance is a dedicated precision inspection room. This lab maintains a stable, isolated environment that is essential for performing the extremely accurate and repeatable measurements our clients depend on.
